1) I'd love to know at any time what you're working on, and your activity status (I don't care to know what you do with your private life, but some kind of status bar on your blog like "John is active and working on weapon deterioration, Jack is inactive because of university exams, Jim is active but he's a douchebag and plays only (1b)")
2) Not that I really care about that, but once you reach a status where the game is good, everything is working good and liked by most of the players, you should stop being in a beta and changing features, but start adding contents... (BTW alpha stage is the stage where the dev team adds features, beta stage is where the dev team removes all the bugs from the features, then there are release candidates and blablabla)
3) I hope not. 3D graphics kills the fallouty ambient.
4) I hope yes, I'd love to help you guys out if the project gets some success as I am a dev myself.
5) Just for curiosity (I'm a big fan of C#).
6/7) Just curiosity
I hope not. All of these features were the reasons why I left 2238.
9) I know that alts are memory-consuming, but if the gameplay doesn't leave any choice, please don't waste gameplay into something horrible just because you need to reduce memory, I believe that the community would be happy to give you money to get a better server.
10) If multi-logging is forbidden, then the only way to stop a big amount of that is to ban all the open proxies (there are plenty of crawlers that can take addresses in no time, and update the ban list) and have GMs (many?) observing battles.
11) 2238 GMs didn't consider screenshots and videos as a ban proof, that really sucked.
