O  I wasn't aware I used the character planner for my calculations. In that case finesse is most definitely useless.

Odd points in AG give only a small skill boost but no extra APs so you might want to make it even as well :)

Attero:
str - 2 or 5  ( i suggest 5 as its haaard to lv with 2 str)
P:- depands on what you wanan achive-  6 is min for drug user, 8 for 40-45 hex sniping 10 for 50hex sniping
E- min 4 for livegiver
C-1 obviously
I - min 6 - more if you want skills in something mroe then SG
A- 6 to be able to aim with sniper rifle , 7 if you want BROF (you can eat stuff to get to 10 ag if you would want to ) so nothing is lost
L - 10 obviously

perk 3x crit and better criticals , lifegivers...
