fast reload is good for turnbased and shit perk to take
adreline rush, tougher,even tougher, stonewall, lifegiver, lifegiver, lifegiver,bonus rate of fire, you need luck for bypass, i agree that u need many action points for rockteer to keep rockets comeing, 10 ag will be good, take bonehead and small frame , have 6 st, u need pe so 8 you need 10 en, 1 ch , up to u if u want one intel or 2 but u will have to take away from luck, takee all drugs, there free now so it doesnt matter, i used this build for tc and hardly got killed,
Fast reload is a very good perk for a rocket launcher, because he need it every shot.
If you think this is useless, let's make a simple operation:
- if you have BROF and no fast reload you need 9 AP to fire and reload
- if you have BROF and fast reload you need 7 AP to fire an reload
To make it simple, when the first guy will shoot 4 times and reload, the second can do it 5 times.
Second thing I don't like Stonewall.
I had some characters with that perk and I don't think this is really usefull, unless you have a numerous advantage on your opponents.
This perk almost remove knockback effect when you are hit by a rocket, but when 2 or 3 rocket launchers target you, not having this perk can save your life. Because the knockback can put you out of the range of your opponents, allowing you to take a super-stimpack, gain some AP, etc...
