Then you must dreaming.. Just few guys who get lucky have skins.. Others still wanna them.. What reason is for no giving them? Or think a little.. Make them reward from some events or anything..

There was a skin giveaway event about 6 months ago by JovankaB.

So that would explain the few idlers in NCR that have it(myself included).
But a redo of that event wouldn't be that bad honestly. It isn't some special perk that gives you 1000hp it's just a change in visuals that makes everyone look a little different.

So why aren't the skins distributed anymore?

So why aren't the skins distributed anymore?
Because there are barely any GMs willing to do it.
And the Devs don't feel like it.

Also wipe has been going around removing skins all over the place,so there's that.

It's not about protection. Power armor isn't the holy grail of invulnerability either.
Actually, it is.... You say "No skins they too POWERFULLLL!!!!!" but.... they're NOTHING but a pretty picture, and maybe an excuse to act somewhat childish.
And yes, Powere Armor IS the holy grail of protection.
Then you must dreaming.. Just few guys who get lucky have skins.. Others still wanna them.. What reason is for no giving them? Or think a little.. Make them reward from some events or anything..
He's right. Less tha n1% of players have them, and I'm not gonna say what they did to get them.

I actually don't care TOO much about skins, unless it's something you paid for in-game or you ARE the character (like if you paid 500 caps for pink or whatever hair, or you ARE a Deathclaw). I'm just saying, skins don't protect (unless your defence plan is to make them die laughing), so it really doesn't make a difference.

yes, this game is dead, because of what i think devs imagined as "balancing" things. The thing is that fonline once was really a great game, and i mean it, it just lacked some content maybe, some things what to do, when you reach lvl 21 (it was max back then), or maybe some content in npc factions, some other means of pvp, maybe some tc for unarmed/melee only or stuff like that, but instead, devs balanced everything so much, that now its even less what to do, pvp ruined, training ruined, crafting ruined, gathering ruined, npc factions - useless than ever, drugs - total shit, all builds are tanks, fights are boring. So yes, fallout online is dead, this is the answer.
