thats not true. Now you can do quests even  in klamath. Only quest you cannot do is "repair beckys table" things changed a lot since wipe :>

Becky is in the den, and my slaver chars can't get dialog with any npcs in klamath they tell him "we don't like your kind".

As far as lexx, this is where ive encountered these factions,

My base used to be around hub, so you can see it's a pain to go slaving in the north and make it home alive. I lost a lot of stuff/slaves to rockets in the face.

There is one more sector with BoS patrols on east from Glow.

Well. Question is, what to trust more. Some guessed marks, painted by try or my worldmap editor, which shows me exactly what group can be found in which zone.

Hey, by the way, is it possible to get such maps?
Personally I need to know the general probability of encounters (where I get most encounters)

And, not to be off topic - is it possible for slaves (ghouls?) to mine HQ materials?

Well seeing as we don't have access to your editor and what you are saying contradicts what i've experienced in game.

I am the only one who is editing the worldmap file and yeah, I hate to edit the worldmap file. Therefore most zones aren't touched very much. I only added more or less of stuff x in position y. I would love to show you screenshots, but sadly, that would take away a lot of 'find out by yourself' for players.

/Edit: I see two, three zones with broken hills rogues in the east of Broken Hills, but except that, I see nothing more there. Need to check, if there are super mutants in rogues. I don't know.

/Edit²: Checked the group. Only thugs, no mutants.

Unarmed: +AC(active sneak should boost AC as they are "less visible")

Hmm? I'm not a slaver, and never was a slaver, but they don't touch me.

I've never been attacked.
