214hp for Big Gunner? They gonna eat you alive. I`m not playing PvP but 214 is too little even for farming if done with big gunner.

Avenger without BRD is a bad idea... And you dont need to raise ST to get hp, you need lifegiver perks.

These stats are when they are drugged, 7 PE is enough.

First thing, get only 6 pe + sharpshooter or 7 pe w/o it, because you won't shoot at bigger range than 40, but sight is needed.
If you want, use drugs, those most cheap jet and buffout, if you can afford psycho, then go for fully drug build like this here:

214 hp is ok if the build is resistant

But take 1 point in intel and put it in ST, may be 2, 3 in intel is ok for biguner.

Ch, End, Luck, And aG is ok i think.

I would use buff+psycho+beer to have a nice resistant and 7 ST.

Weapon handling sucks, if you use buffout + pyscho you will have enough ST..

So remove weapon handling, and take even tougher, better as tougnhess.

+1. 1 LK is the worst thing for a PvP build.

I don't think you know what you're talking about,for you pvp is shooting bluesuit noobs with m60 so I'm not surprised.

ok then. i'll reinstall this game, level a EW sneaker that uses magneto laser pistols with one hander and 60HP, then we fight. you take psycho, CAmk2, avenger minigun, ill come in bluesuit with the cheapest pistol in the game and we see who wins. deal?

luck is MANDATORY for pvp characters, but since you "pvp" so much you probably didn't know that.
