Good day Fallouters.
Recently, I went to Boyce (Junktown) to learn Gunsmithing for 1500 caps (Learned from friends and wiki), then he kind of gave me a magazine; "Guns and Bullets". I tried to figure out it's uses but failed to do so, so I tried to look on the wiki and neither there it doesn't explain it's uses. I read that it cost around 840 caps on The Hub (source: Wiki), is it important or most of all is it an item which has good news?
Oh, and I would like to take this opportunity to ask, is Tommy Gun and Combat Shotgun a great weapon to use?

tommy gun is worst sg imo. combat shotgun is not that bad as tommy but has terrible range.

the only good and common guns in this game are m60, avenger and gatling laser.
