any idea where to get blueprints for metal armors
and is charisma 1 enough to talk to every npc?

well ok i figured out the problem , slave girls cant use knife because they dont have any animation for it if u are later in bluesuit u can use them ...

well u find most blueprints at merchants just look around maybe some armorer got them , and with that charisma idk , it hink just very rare amount of merchs need higher value than 1 Charisma ^^ it would also be good if somebody could tell us where to raise up SPECIAL stats ...

You can rise SPEACIAL in BoS bunker same way as you were able to do it in Fallout 2 - basicly you need an implant which is not easy to get

Also there is quest in NCR which can rise some of your stats

Yes, stats can go up to 15.

Raising special stats is quite expensive, even if you get those implants, it'll cost you 120k just to install one.

Leather jacket gives +1 charisma, and you can craft pretty much any armor that gives a bonus +1 to luck, there's some chance for it. Try getting some excellent leather jacket with +1 luck.

not only drugs, i.e. leather jacket increase charisma even if you have 10 points of it

With 15 limit for a stat,that could mean that alting isn t really necessary,but just helpful,am i right.._?

i must say really good game , i enjoy playing it , even if i dont know everything of it , but hey thats the fun part .

when u get higher levels , much things will be easier and crafting system is well balanced and fun too .

Crafting is great, much more new resources, shops are usefull, i think items in shops are refreshing, and useless items like tons or weapons are refreshing into some useful blueprints and armors

yeah it seems like well developed with some idea and structure , too bad wiki is in russian haha but its ok im shoutin anytime on maps where do i get this and that and im always helping guys when im at slavercamp ^^ there are sometimes crazy russians who try to kill other slaves with placing traps near doors and shit but its fun , we have killed one of them with his own strategy haha

btw how do i use well , i tried to get water from it with empty plasticbottle but it didnt work any help would be apreciated
