gUYS, any tip for me what to do after I left slaver camp? I would like to join to some people faction.. I dont like play alone

Not many base options for folks who are not interested in a very large faction. Is there anything above ground for a reasonable price? I'm looking for something around 100k if possible because I'm currently playing alone. I guess I need to hunt for some better ways to make money.

How often to vendors refresh there money? 
Whats the trick to entering Vault city locations?
