There isn't any in Golgotha. In Den, Redding and Cathedral there are grave keepers.

Nothing changed. There is no way to get Turbo Plasma Rifles in the game legally, unless it was
some event prize. If you see one, then most likely it's an illegal item and it might get deleted.

I see, thanks. Why was March 16th, 2013 noted specifically on the wiki, though? o.o

Nothing changed, wiki is edited mostly by players so the information might be not 100% accurate.
All turbo plasmas in game I know about were result of a "human error". We plan to put restrictions
on items spawned by staff to prevent this in the future.
