You don't NEED a minigun to kill a lvl 1 player. It's beyond overkill. You "need" (ha ha, since it's completely unrealistic, but anyways) a minigun to kill a lvl 24 in power armor. It's disrespectful even; COWARDLY. "Hey, now I can kill them 5 times over, AND I can do it from far enough away (and this is the part that really burns my ass) that they'll never even know who did it. And then, when they're dead, I'll taunt the noob! Hahahahahaha!!!"
