So this is the second time this has happened to me in as many days! I find a footlocker in a city square, open it and rejoice to find it contains a blue print! Yay! So I head back to the nearest base to store my new-found treasure, when I encounter an enemy group. Escape is easy, but when I go to open my inventory, the blueprint has disappeared, like FM Technology.

The first time it was only a stim bp, but this time it was Tesla armor. Both times a second footlocker had spawned in the next encounter, don't know if that's relevant.

This is especially frustrating because it is such a tedious task. Can I expect more sudden losses like this?
