actually lostsoul have good idea. I would like to make this event at the end of this week, i will announce in ncr. I would like to hide some good loot (CA, tesla helmets, low tier bp, drugs). I plan in every city i will lock more lockers, only one in every city will contain loot. I would like to announce in ncr, when it will be ready :)
