Personalized Cars?

Naming cars seems awesome as well. And easier to implement too.
I know it'll work like 5 digits numbers we have now but it would seem more natural to have a car called KidStomper or GrannyHitter than 52825.
And of course it could be visible without using science on a car. Maybe T-Ray could personalise our car by putting new license plates on them for a small fee?

Yeah cars come with a silly generated number but if you pay T-Ray he'll put on one you choose with a string of letters.
