Take A Breath Perk.

Ok so i was breathing very slowly just taking in air, for some reison i came up with this idea. Ok so have you ever heard of holding his breath before a sniper takes a shot? i know this helps in real life to steady the gun, so yeah.... why not? brilliant right?  8)  8)

Single and aimed IMO.

That was sort of my though as well.  I tried to ask some clarification questions, but I see OP has not returned to expound on his apparent drunk-post.
