This would be way too strong with targeted eye shots and crippler builds I think.

Targeting eyes has the biggest chance of critical but it are on 2 ap and the lowest AP for any weapon that can aim is 4 so 6 ap means 2 max knockdown in a row whsees you can knockdown 3 Times with a drag nade. Not OP

(Which is why it shouldn't be implemented)
