Add a new perk - Insult to Injury. Make every critical hit a insta-knockdown, with ranged weapons only. Opinions?

What is the meaning of the name?

Gimper:
A saying in the USA is "adding insult to injury" which means, that something is already bad, and someone does something else that just makes it even worse. For example, I kick my friend in the arm and break the arm. I then punch him in that same arm and say "You deserved it." That is adding insult to injury.

gauvaran:
Will it apply to the knockdown that was caused by shotgun,sledgehammer,frag nade,Heavy handed ? Or just only critical knockdown

the phrase would be accurate with just the kick, the punch wasn't needed in the example; you are sadistic. :)
