Yeah, this is a must.

Also, add blueprint for tent.

I think the first tent could be given for making a simple quest near the starting locations
(tent could be in a random place but somwhere around the Hub, VC and NCR, where player
started). If player would want a tent in some better spot, then would have to get the hides.

Agreed, it would be better imho if a new player could develop his character through their first levels in the same area he has spawned.
