Special Encounter -- Is it a bug?

I just encountered the bomb shelter.
But maybe it was located on my base, I can not enter it.

I am not sure, because I was afk at that moment, only about 1 minute

When I was back, It said that I encountered SE but nothing more. This is the screen I saw, did not move the mouse.

Is it a bug? Because they said that it will drop me to SE; and I had no xp for this encounter. Then it is not because I did not choose to enter the SE when i was afk.

And is there any kindly GM will give it to me again  :-[

i think that screenshot is not enough proof. gm's probably will say they cant do anything and it can be photoshopped. afaik you cant have encounter on your base/city ground

Yes, but it is all I have. Maybe they can check it with the server log.

After taking screenshot, I try to look for this SE again on that square, and I encountered one in on my base (Strong slaver vs VC Patrols)

This thread is for reporting a potential bug as well as sharing exp with people. If I will not be given this SE, it is still OK.

I've noticed some normal encounters seem to auto-cancel or glitch-out (going from lightning bolt to non-lightning bolt) so your special encounter could be a victim of the same mechanism.
