I have a problem, I installed GTA 4 recently and after some time the world stops rendering textures start missing until everything disappears apart for cars,npc's and street lights. My current system is:

AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.6ghz and up to 3.9ghz quad core
4gb ram ddram3
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series 1gb ddram5

I have tried different commandline commands but nothing seems to work

As far as I remember, this is happening because of the old Radeon drivers. Try updating to the latest version.

everything is up to date, even bios and stuff
