Hey, i have problem playing FOnline. I start the Fallout launcher and i typed in my nickname and password, but when i press "play" it says down in the left corner: Connecting to server...It was not possible to connect to the server.
Anyone have any clue what this is about? Please help me, Many thanks / smike

Did you update the game from the launcher?

maybe you have to make a text file named DataFiles2238.cfg make sure it's a config type.

In my text file, I have

C:\Program Files\BlackIsle\Fallout2\MASTER.DAT
C:\Program Files\BlackIsle\Fallout2\CRITTER.DAT

Can't connect to the update server (94.23.237.127).
When i try to update it.... :/

 Where can i get my hands on  DataFiles2238.cfg ?

Use fallout2238.net for the updater, not 94.23.237.127

Also, fallout2238.net for FOConfig.exe

Okey i have come a bit further now, now when i press play it starts to load and then it goes back to the manu and says: Connecting established, authentication...

Someone have a clue about that ?

Okey i came a bit further now, i actually came ingame now, but most of it was black i didnt see verry much and then i couldnt see my mouse either...

the blackness is the world map, you have to explore it.

can u send me the datafile228 file somehow and tell me what to do with it because it says its missing when im logging in, but the rest works (except the mouse and i think thats why it wont work, because i dont have the datafile)
