No I checked it in game, it's not displaying properly and the hp is regenerating at 12% not 17%. The only thing working is the reduced drug length.

77 hp with fast metabolism and 10 end heals 9 hp which is 12%.

There's nothing in the change logs or anything. Whatever 50% faster healing is way better, time to update the wiki.

As DocAN. says, it's just a wrong description the perk trait works as intended.

of course it does work properly. my char with fast metabolism is recovering hp like crazy. it works since wipe same way lol i dont know what are you complaining about.

Well if you read the post, there was never any announcement of changes to fast metabolism. Maybe if they hadn't forgotten to add it to the change logs there'd be less confusion.
