If you want play on side of pirates, yes.
But there is limited number of accounts so if you want to be sure to participate in event I would go to V15 with normal character anyway.

Will be there for defendors bozars? i need to know it for what character i will prepare for possibility of be in defendors (i want to be mutant, but only 30 people can be in attackers)

Defendors will have standard event outfitter items.

As you can see there is more than one instance of each objective.
There more you get to tanker the better (for pirates). You should get more than half.
Each pirate will be able to carry only one box at a time.

Yes as defender you simply show up in V15.

General Secretary not Emperor. Most likely it will be a GM on a special character.
Item is a backup plan.

How you support him? Kill any mutant who will try to get close to him.
But he isn't the most important objective. Tanker fuel and computer parts are more important.

They respawn inside random San Francisco homes. There are outfitters there as well.

The outfiters don't have beers which is a drug used by pvp alts if you didn't know...

EDIT: the muties have 400hp and 1k of ss lol this event is already won

10 minutes replication for pirates is quite harsh. Is it meant to be that way?
