As the topic states, how do i distribute the client(folder) similar to 2238?
fonline.zip from svn seems to include all the fallout files which is probably not legal..
Of course it's not legal.
Most people who try to rely on IP or other monopolies guaranteed by state break them at the same time when it suits them.
World is full of hypocrites and FOnline is no different.
You remove fonline.zip and tell users to specify paths to Master.Dat and Critter.dat in DataFiles.cfg.
You can write your own config or even installation app to make it easier - but this isn't that easy.
