Make bonus move useful in RT combat

- Player run/move faster with bonus move
or
- Action point generates slowly when moving (as fast as AP = 2)

Btw, In TB, with bonus move, you can move 2 hex even when you lost next turn, is it a bug?

No, ur idea is stupid, So people with 8ap and 14ap should move faster and slower? Dont mix tb and rt.

Speeding up or slowing down FRM frame rate looks incredibly ugly. Although when 3d is done it would be easy to control movement speed without quality loss so I would put this idea on hold till then if I were in your shoes.
