I agree with all of Brujah's suggestions. Give some credit to this so expansive (according to what it proposes) bunker, no one wants a losted base where you can't do anything interesting.
1- Put an adv workbench or drug craft thingie in it (adv workbench not supposed to be in base, needs to be hard blah blah huurrr durr), getting 500k is harder than doing some repeatable quest for GR or going Mari when server pop is down, at least it takes a few more days for most.
True, as they add workbenches in Safe Houses as asked since like ever. If you're rich enough / a big gang, and that you want the bunker, it will be normal to be able to craft the best stuff in our bases. First argument against worbenches in tents was that this would lower the population in-towns, but the game is already empty, so make people who are still playing happy.
2- Make it spawn somewhere north next to PVP towns, no one wants a good base wasted south.
Yes, it's very curious and I don't get the point of having a base nowhere... Even if I understand the point that if we say bunkers are for rich gangs, they have cars, so they don't care about travelling this is irrelevant according to in-game reality, which is that those gangs do TC, and nobody goes TCing with a fleet of cars (since we can't drive over people to kill them xD).
3- Closeable door wich opens only with password (using the say button).
Good security, would lower base-rapes ^^
4- Broken Auto-doc, heals rad if lower than 20% and crippled limbs.
Hmmm why not, don't see what to say against anyway ^^
5- Respawnable rodents in some reserved room, low XP for our alt's first few levels.
Rats in the basement won't be exploited, seriously there are rats everywhere, what would be bad about killing them in a place you spent 500k for doing so ? It will just lower the "simulator of waiting" part of the game, if we could level up faster our new chars/alts.
