Type ~factioninfo and check your current faction. Maybe you just joined another NPC driven faction.

I don't remember to have done this but may be after all.
My faction is Vault city so I probably were here before the bunker and spoke to the guy to enter in vault city so i became a member of this faction. All i wanted is to use FLC bank account...

Problem solved.

I know being a slaver gives you negative reputation, but not sure if this is the issue.

The irony is that, as I leaved BoS faction to join VaultCity's one my VaultCity karma is now to bad so VC patrol's attacking me ...
