Open game in windowed mode. Try different resolutions?
I suspect the button location and the image are not synchronized for some reason.

press login once with the default given username and password, it'll work after that

I had the same problem when I first installed FOnline. I don´t remember exactly what I did but a guy ) at the Russian irc channel#fonline helped me. So it is a well known problem I think.
Though I think it I had to first try to login, close down the program, rerun the FOconfig.exe a couple of times and then try again. Somehow it worked
