brad smalls:
Lol i remember killing these guys in NR then being killed by a 30 dmg crit from a pimp :(

Horatio:
So, how about NPCs running in a designated area(cover), when attacked? Like some kind of fear system, it works already on rats, they run away from me in encounters.

they run away from you in encounters because of your high AC and their extremely low skill.

Andr3aZ:
I just imagine snoop dogg in reno, getting shot by accident and saying "well sheeeeiit, n*****", chasing you with his pimp-cane and shouting "Where's ma money?"

Fat Man:
As stupid as it sounds pimps being annoying and over powered, it is hilarous yes but the NPCs are the biggest annoyance in this game. Why do the npcs need to attack when you shoot players in towns like den broken hills or new reno? Or the accidental hitting of one of them causes them to be hostile every time player enters the town and there is sometimes no way of fixing this even with common things like allowing the NPCs to kill your character.

And everything you do seems to make things worse you kill the NPCs you get negative reputation, sometimes allowing them to kill your character isn't enough to fix this issue. To make the NPCs kill your character you don't know which one is hostile and the wrong NPC well kill it is not an easy thing to control.

The idea of anti-pk NPCs is just stupid and annoying anti-pk guards should be the players not the NPCs in unguarded towns. I mean why the hell does becky's guards care if you murder a blue suit. Same thing with metzgar to fix reputation from accidently hitting or killing one of his guards you need to bring in slaves, but you cannot bring in slaves if metzgar guard's KoS catch-22.
