This might work.

Swinglinered:
Make NPCs more forgetful, and more realistically powered.

Also, make them jinxed kamikazes with rippers and frag nades.

TKs-KaBoom:
make them auto seek mclooter and rape him!  Then have npc's laugh at him.

McLooter:
would make some great roleplay  ;D
