FIXES:
- Fixed bug which caused deleting the new special encounter if anyone left the location but there were still other players inside.
- Scout perk was impossible to take if player character was Vault City Citizen.
- Fixed several small dialog and map bugs.

As a side note, yay for update.

What does waiting for advance chemical componets to be added in the game have to do with whining? 10 months and we still can't craft drugs.

Actually glad they are at least fixing some stuff sucks for the guys who who reported the bug spending countless hours trying to find their rare car.

Ok So any one of you found new car?
And i agree with fat man (but jov is mad on it) ;)
And can we get new feature for cool down...maby ur jov idea to get -300% fighting skill after fr (3min)

Yes at least one car was found already.

sucks for the guys who who reported the bug spending countless hours trying to find their rare car.

The only such incident I know about was luckily triggered by a GM who was observing loner
who found a car, so it could be repaired. Thanks to this update it can't occur anymore.

I meant repairing situation for player whose location was deleted (location was recreated).

You don't need any particular skill or item to take the car (unless you want to drive away
without key, then you need lockpick of course). But skills and items can help you out.
