Storage locker system

People who play seem to be sure alts are going to be made.
Why not make a storage facility in NCR and the HUB, it could even be a sub system of the banking systems in towns. You'll be able to enter
your storage locker number (Unique of course to link alts by entering the code) then a passphrase for secruity   access limited storage room for items from any alt
