Topic: Stark won't give me scout perk (Read 844 times)

So I meet all the requirements (176 outdoor) and stark has no dialog options to give me the perk. Other people have it, there must be some hidden requirement I'm not meeting. I'm vc and a slaver, any ideas?

If its pe it's bugged since the only req is 150 outdoors.

Make sure you are not VC citizen, otherwise you won't be allowed to take this support perk.

Though dialogue option was smth about searching the raiders.

I've had the same problem with non vc char, either way its fing stupid that that would have any effect.
