Aim didnt work

Sry guys, my english isnt good. I tried to create new topic in "bugs" but it's closed for posting :c
Aim is not working. I've made bindings in 2238 config, saved them, but in game NO reaction.  Can u help me?

Is it really that hard to understand?

As far as I'm aware to the actual bug, be sure you have set the keybindings to the buttons you are actually pressing.
