Devs should keep the AC at least 160-180; 140AC cripples PvE HtH and really makes AC perks obsolete. And the STR malus to HH further cripples it. So at least keep AC reasonable for PvE.

90AC is reasonable for pve, let alone 140. make TB PvE farmer and stop wasting time punching npc's in encounters. it's ineffective anyway.
