call of duty 1 to 5 (after that the realism sort of disappears in the moment when you are driving a snowmobile over a 30m abyss )

Eagle One: Harrier Attack on PSX
A bit arcadish flight sim, but definitely fun to play (played it again on emulator two days ago).

Cinematic experience is not what I'm looking for. Yeah, it has some realistic elements, but the weapon handling is INCREDIBLY dull.

World of Tanks is not a simulation, it is an arcade tank shooter. :>

Just tried out Resistance and Liberation. The camera and movement are kind of twitchy, but it feels good. Weapon handling is pretty awesome for the rifles, haven't yet got to play with an automatic weapon. Hitting some targets is kinda hard, but I think I will adapt to it. I just wish there were more servers and players. Thanks for the suggestion, knife_cz! I'm going to definitely play R&L for some time now.

My fav military sim is Company of Heroes because you can blob an entire army of nazi supermen to destroy tanks with your rifles.

Truth, tripple offensive vetted Panzergrenadiers with G43s can penetrate and destroy M8s. Who knew...!

Company of Heroes is terrible compared to Men of War.

Not really, no.
You sir are incorrect!

It has many features of a sim like quite accurate models of penetration vs. thickness and slopedness of armor.
It definitly is a sim in many ways.

NO! I WILL BUY VETERANCY FOR MY SLAVES, CLOAK MY TANK IN THE MIDDLE OF A ROAD AND ABUSE THE PATHFIDING OF INFANTRY WHEN BLOCKING THEM WITH VEHICLES. COH>OVERLY REALISTIC GENERIC WW2 RTS WITH BETTER GAMEPLAY MECHANICS.

I asked COH players what they disliked about MOW and one of the top answers ended up being able (but not forced) to play an axis vs axis (germany japan) or allied (ussr commonwealth usa) games.  All I could think was WTF they give you more options that are optional and somehow that is one of the major downsides.  (Granted realistic tank combat was the #1)
