I'm interested to know what keeps all of you coming back to play this game. I have been playing for about a year and I'm running out of ideas what to do. 
All the unit and VC patrols grinding, crafting and whatnot are getting old. So PLEASE community, I'm bored, fill my little brain with brand new ideas of having fun in this game.

try PvP - find gang, join TownControl wars.
people can deny it, but 2238 is a PvP oriented server. actually whole fonline is about killing other players :p

If you played the game for a year that's actually pretty long. So why don't you tell us what kept you busy during the year instead.

Monday: Triplelog(in Hub,VC,NCR) looking for newcomers to help them build up tent and create good alt build(SLaver, Crafter, PVE laser fastshooter...)
Tuesday: Slaving with 3 slavers (in triple log ofc), collecting eparts,chems(FR)
Wednesday:Farming gatlings with 3 alts(becouse slaving is boring on Wednesday)
Thursday: Crafting (in mariposa, GR), farming unity for small guns (for slavers)
Friday: Colecting weird stuff(brahmin hides,junk...), Mining(triple log)
Saturday: Chatting on irc about new update, Farmin MOAR gatlings(triple log)
Sunday: TC(triple log, also FR- 6waves), stealing BOS and ENCLAVE

I just do pvp every day and still have lots of things on my schedule. Try it and you'll see that in one week you lose tens of weapons (no matter if avengers, laser rifles, gatlings etc.), you spend few hundreds of superstimpaks, more than 10k 5mm ammo and of course some tens of armor sets (helmet + armor). See? To keep your stash filled takes time, lots of time. That means whenever I open FOnline there is still many things to do.

It looks like you are not a member of any TC gang here, so try maybe those who need people, for example BBS (in case you speak Polish) or CoA (in case you don't).

No i'm not currently in a gang. When i was (loooong time ago) i really enjoyed the action but the gang members just.. quit. And the pvp part, although its always fun to make someone eat lazer, I never really get online when all the action is going down. A gang might be the solution but all the TC,pvp and such happens so late that I don't have time for that. On the weekends I'm busy and on the week I got school to worry about. I'll give it a shot when the opportunity comes by to join a gang.

Crafting... crafting never ends. I get greedy in all games so i gathered wealth, but that got old when I thought to myself: "Why the hell I'm gathering all this stuff for?" To buy cars,ammo,drugs,weapons or armor? Nope. Got all those covered. And what do I do with all that stuff anyway? I enjoyed the game as long as I had that goal. And I still do but every time I start that fonline and log in game I got no idea what to do next.

In my free time I am only carrying those Gun Runner Delivery Cases to NCR or Hub. Besides that, I am only checking the forum from time to time, since I am focusing on Desert Europe and some other projects, and for those I got to check by here.

2 bases, car, 10 alts... 2500 caps in 10 minutes.
1/day + 3/week extra = 25k caps/week.

Add moar alts... get bunker in a month.

Driving the cases to SF, too, but with a tent and 4 alts. The further time, i level a sneak AC crafter.

That was the reason i started to play this game in the first place after i had played the first two fallout games.
I wanted moar fallout.
