Well 1 fallout font that I know of is "Overseer". Google "download Overseer font" then extract the archive(if it has one) and just double click on the font and Windows should install it automatically. Then restart PS or Gimp and the font should be there.

The official font is called Gothic 821 condensed. Was found in NMA files...

This second one is a remade version, supposedly 95% identical to the true font. Guy just smoothed out edges and such.
