Focus on quests.
Make QUEST CONTEST for players.
Make this conquest at least each 2 month (for allow newcomers change game to better)

Make forum board IN PROGRESS (for allow fans to see game progress)*

* for next month / 3 month / etc.

It could be there was no response because you have spent the last few days spamming suggestions more than half of which are pointless and not thought out, just 5 words and a few pictures (yeah it's you bambi) or simply things that want to turn this into WoW.  Please think about your suggestions for more than 18 seconds before posting them  ;D
