Can Mercs be poisioned and radiated? If so, is there a way to check how hard were they poisoned or radiated?

I don't know about poisoned, but radiation appears to have an effect. I've seen ghoul remains in the Glow. Not part of the regular environment.

NPC's aren't affected by radiation, there is only one location in game where poison is dangerous(scorpion cave) so its not really a big deal.

wrong! mercs are affected by radiation. few months ago jovanka checked what was wrong with my mercenary because he wasnt recovering health (i thought its bug). but he was radiated like hell. mercs stats drops too. you can heal them only by giving them radaways. you cant check their radiation level since geiger counters doesnt work afaik.

I didn't tried this session, but last one geiger were perfectly working.
