You just gather enough players to TC through other weapons, pay attention when initiating TC it says in log that you are considered too weak, if you have only RL equipped in hand.

Might be that some of your members keep a RL on bursters for the initial hit, viable on double bursters => medium range.

Good condition RL should work as far as I know.

i use a rl build for tc most of the time and only bring a rl and i caught towards the people needed for tc as long as my rl is over 50 det.
