Hinkley

I know for sure 10 guys (not sure if not more) who play solo and don't join any faction even if they can. And Hinkley I mean could be usefull for them.
Of course they could join a faction - but according to them, they just don't see any they would like to play with nowadays. The true fact is that, there is mainly two, maybe three factions that really play these days - BBS + CoA and maybe that third, can't never remember their name.

Let me guess, those 10 guys are mostly CS? If that's true, they haven't much chance to participate in TC, because nobody will play with them, they being assholes all in all.

Imo, Hinkley access should require a ticket, similar to trains.

Few of them are - 2 or 3, but rest is just regular players, mainly not connected with any faction in this era.

For what purpose? Hinkley is for testing pvp builds. As for the train, no one uses it because the ticket price and having to wait for a train make it the least effective form of travel. I can get a dog with 120 outdoor for cheaper than a single ride and it lasts me forever.
