A little message to confirm you all that I've received your messages and that I'm analyzing and testing the market at the moment. Answers will be sent soon, but you must be patient since you're many potential buyers, more than expected. Needed procedures are on the way.

Please keep also in mind than caps are the least important of our needs. It will be used for cheap blueprints or make the difference between two close offers. Trying to buy CA Blueprint with caps, for example, is useless.

Btw, let me remind you that conditions of the exchange are made by Lawyers and are not negotiable. Deal will take place around NCR and the exact conditions will be given when a deal is concluded on forum.

people dont like to make offers, when the buyer makes a offer first they offten end up paying more for the item then the seller wanted. sellers should allways post a price with their goods.
