I joined the brotherhood then i did the first quest after that i went to navarro to investigate, i went back to the bos bunker the trainer said i have no more missions to give u.
so i assumed i finished it becuase in the quest log it says rise in the brotherhood ranks : error so i dont know how to star the next quest, or is it bugged out and undoable.

The last BOS quest is bugged, the one that lets you rank up in that faction...

Just enjoy getting Armorer 3 there, oh wait, there isn't any more, there's only BP(which sucks)...

the last quest for Bos is in a bunker. you go in and kill some robots and get some info from a computer from the old bunker.
you might want to go check in other bunkers in ncr,san fran or den to make sure there is not any other quest from thoses guys. i know in ncr their is a quest or 2.

i did 2 quest at ncr and at den and san francisco they say sorry got no work for u carry on.
i checked the wiki the third quest is rescue missions but how do i start it?

Its bugged, there are no more quests from the BoS.

Changing the subject to "solved" is not the best way, IMO. Someone else might have similar problem than yours and in this case he can't see it was solved. Better use "Problem with bunker [SOLVED]"
