My Sniper builds.

My sneaker only loses a sniper and a bluesuit when he dies and I have 270% sneak but if I'm against a wall then 300% (in a corner)
and fine jest also so he can shoot in eyes 2 times, but sneak one can sit there and regen ap.

Remember you get a reduction to your sneak skill based on the total weight you're carrying with you.

you need perk "silent running" for your sneaker. because without it you wont be able to run while sneaking.

weight no longer matters, just weapon/armour equipped

Why is silent running so necessary? more than which of my perks?
