Yeah, its Fonline:2238, but i thought you guys where keeping a strict adherence to Fallout1 and 2 mechanics/canon?
Johnny Nuclear has said it will be fixed, so end discussion on AC.

1. 24 lvlcap - not enough. There is not enouth >skill points< to create decent, playable character. Guys what are you thinking? For example - you want to be a crafter. So, you need that new feature - blueprints. To open lockers you need high lockipck skill. Not repair, not science - lockpick. And what about other skills? I dont have spare skillpoints left. I m useless - can't fight, can't barter, nothing. I ve just create my new alt character - Lockpicker. And that's it. Fun's over. He's unplayable.
And i need another alt.
2. Blueprints - what for? I have to play solo. And that means i m never be able to go alone to Glow, Ares, take Gun Runners mutant quest, ore earn some incredible ammount of cash to buy one. From i don't know who... But gangs, yeah. Why not. They even can affort to create lockipcker "character". Right, guys? ;) Don't be shy. Tell'em.
Blueprint give some funny advantage, yes. But not for US - normal players. Guys, think for god sake. Because game goes unplayable now. For many players
3. Crafting - Whats wrong was with old crafiting system that you decide to change everithing now? Why, on earth, base dummy alt can create every gun, armor, and ammo type at 100% repair? That's unfair to other players. You need science/reapir requirements Preety high too. And only after that game-system will be fair. To every ingame players (and dummy alts :P)
And why it is fair? Because one man, even if he actually CAN craft every gun,armor,ammo type can collect only limited ammout of resources. Whole bunch of men - "few" more. Got it?
There is the smile.
And i give you one idea.
Let' say you need blueprits for every gun. EVERY. Because making gun without schematics its... like... difficult?. Repairing them to 100% too (after all i make that one, particular gun from scrath, right? So, in theory about this piece i now everything. About others.. yeah, but not everything..)
And now - To understand schematics you need science skill. To make that fancy gizmo from schems - repair. It dosent matter what kind of stuff you try to understand, or make. If you understand something, you now how to build it. Because you are smart. Right? :P
And where you can get some useful blueprints? From guys, who know something about that kind of stuff. For cash.
Not in Glow, Ares, or Gur Runners quests. ITS not FAIR guys.
But, when you give us both systems - cash or luck, well i think we can give a try. Ok?
But still, don't forget. Gangs got many hands ; )
4. Barter. Why, to hell i can't sell everything, what i want, in so called General Stores? Why they call them Stores? In general... Because they got everything. Or can.
Everything that could be useful. Radios or locks, were useful? Not so much. So maybe things that no one need shouldn't be in stores.... But every other things that can be - player should be able to sell. And some players - buy from that store.
After all they call them stock. Ups, sorry - Stores.

24 isnt enought? Hahaha man if do u know what are you talking about? If lvl cap was 27-30 i would Have ultimate op pvp alt and you will start crying you cant do shit against drugged pvp alt...:)

Drugs and higher level cap are two things that you can't put together and make some sense out of.
Higher level cap without the ability to gain health points and perks would be nice?! for some extra skill points, but yeah in terms of PvP that would mean more sophisticated mini-maxed 1 int powerbuilds, currently the bare minimum for ... let's say RL/Gatling/lsw/m60 builds is 2 int(1 if no brof), with higher level cap that would be 1, the ugly, stupid and sometimes even close to blind grunts are going to become more stupid. Don't actually know if this is good or bad, haven't thought that far before, more dumpstats are bad for sure as i said that is just more mini-maxing, but it won't decrease the amount of alts (still need a different alt for a RL build, sniper, sneaker etc. etc. to enjoy certain style of game play what those specialized builds provide), because of current level cap any player can make pretty good all around characters who can do all, be average at everything, of course not compete with powerbuilds, but that will always be the case no matter how high the level cap is.

Thank god there is still someone in this forum who can respect other player opinion, especially if they aren't related to that certain style of game play witch is being discussed, reminds me of players who never touched TC but are talking how PvP goes in it and how it should be.
