Hi.
I am a new and I want to build maps but I don't know nothing. How to build maps?

First you need download sdk and read mapper documentation from  Tools\Mapper\MapperManual_en.pdf

What is max weight and height of map?

Coordinates of the place pointed by your mouse are shown in top right corner.
Position (0,0) is in top right corner, (499,499) will be in bottom left corner.

Dunno what is max size of the map, but 500 x 500 is very large.

If you have problems, try starting with opening e_desert1.fomap and then resize it.

Use F10 to see map size, you can also move map using ctrl+a.

Dunno what is max size of the map, but 500 x 500 is very large.

It's 10000x10000 or something like that, but mapper may crash earlier when trying to handle such huge maps. I think i got crashes (on opening map, as resizing/saving wasn't a problem) close to 2500x2500 maps - but didn't had a chance to check it on other pc(s).
Games are meant to be created, not played...

Why few area of map lag and other not? One I have 100 fps and other 60-70?

Because of scenery objects and items and their size.

sometimes coz a lot of land tiles are on one another
