Hi, is there any location to farm LSW(sf caravan). I tried http://www.nitue.net/ with no luck.

Caravans were removed from the game long time ago. You can craft LSW tho, having blueprints for that and access to advanced workbench.

u can farm LSWs from NCR army...but mostly they have M60....u can also find a BP of lSW in Gun Runner quest...
