this is my atempt at a small guns/Crafter pvp char
any thing i should change or your ideas for a good long range pvp build would be helpful. thx 

I fucked up the title sry people was never looking for a GOD just something that can survive ok.

and the only thing i think is wrong with the game as a whole is the lack of players.

What is it? SG burster? I guess, brd + mrd, brof, lot of ap. SG sniper? Hmm... high pe + sharpshooter. Wait he has a fast shot, so it must be sg pistolero! Some sort of a crafter? Repair tagged, quite high int + low hp.

   Guide to making a "God" pvp build

1.   Decide you want a "God" pvp build
2.   Get rid of thinking you can craft with said build
3.   Decide if you want to be TB or RT
4.   Decide what type of build you want
4a.   Example of build types: Pistolero, Crippler, Burster
4b.   If you chose to be RT know that you cannot be a Pistolero and have a "God" pvp build
5.   Pick appropriate traits
5a.   Examples of good traits: Finnesse for Crippler, Fast shot for Pistolero
5b.   Example of bad traits: Fast shot for Crippler
6.   Allocate Special Wisely
6a.   Each build is special but they are not equal Example:6 Luck on your fastshot/burster hybrid=bad
7.   Experiment with the pros and cons of your build with the Character Planner
8.   When you have done all of the above ask your friends about what they think about the build
8a.   If you have no friends ask on the forum with a well thought out build (Not the POS you posted)
8b.   If you want no one else to see your build Good Luck you are free to not get assistance and use your own brain
9.   Ignore trolls in the thread
10.   Take criticism well or you will see more of 9.
11.   Level up your finalized build in the game
12.   Try some pvp and kill some bluesuits
13.   Whine on forums when you died and call something OP because it killed your "God" pvp build
14.   Make thread about leaving the game, stating all the problems you have with it and why the game is dying and always will be.
15.   If you decide to skip point 14 because you are not a child who believes fallout 3 was the greatest of the fallouts (trolled, I couldn't help myself) see step 1.

that shitty build will be only good for bursting in ncr, nothing more. maybe craft bb guns too.
for pvp GOD you have to decide as someone said. who the fuck you want to be, fast shot or burster? or crafter? get on nitue.net and plan something normal, or tell what you want to be and someone will give you an advice

My barter build could probably take on your guy; but seriously it looks like you're aiming for a crafter / combat-lite hybrid. First of all, I'd say pick Bruiser as a trait and push your ST and EN up to 6 each, and grab at least one carry weight perk. With the 2 Action Boys an AP of ten is fine, and you need the carry weight if you want to do any sort of mining (assuming that you don't have the infrastructure to bring a cow into a 100% non-hostile area.)

Another thing is that fast shot doesn't help with guns on burst mode, so you should carefully think about what kind of small guns you're going to use.

There's other issues with this build too if you haven't established yourself yet; send me a pm if you want further opinions.

so what exactly do you wanna do with your build? i made you a TB farmer/crafter. you take BG(1) profession then craft m60's then you have to level a thief to about level 9 to steal 7.62 bullets from khan raiders. HP are a little low on this build, so if you don't like the low HP, try to make 10 EN. this character works with no drugs.

i just wonder whats max resistance to normal damage, i counted these:
1. 15% for adrenaline rush below 25%HP
2. 15% for both toughnesses
3. 40% for Combat armor
4. 15% for psycho
5.   5% for beer
 total 90% !!!

but you have to be below 25%HP which would be 70HP(if HP pool is 280)

NOW you have 70HP, you get crit bursted for 10%(100-90%) of normal damage.
you can survive 650 crit burst with 70hp on good tank build.

i have 90 dr tank and its not like you get only 10% damage, because then peoples would burst me for 10-12, but they burst me for 40. (with just ba you get bursted for 100-115)

Flamers are good, 2 burst can kill a guy with 250 HP

High Sneak, weapon handling/Str 4, 9-10 luck, more crits++, better crits, SD (for safe town trolling), SR, bluesuit with rocket launcher (or 2) and just a handful of AP rockets.

Some times you get the kill, sometimes you die or run away.

Not much to lose.

Make a stack of them, perhaps skipping sneak. Fast relog for continuous rocket trolling.
