Less alts, more RP, less fast relogs - IDEA

Remove lvl cap, add 3CH requirement to get normal perks, bring back "BAN" , "prison" etc. option - players will have enough SP to get all proffessions - no alts needed, players will be able to trade with Vendors - no more trade alts needed, no more problem with looter alts when players will have enough CW (Pack Rat and Stong back wont be a waste of perk if there wont be lvl cap) and so on. The HP would increase +1 HP or +2 HP after lvl 24. It would bring more RP coz You will have the chance to learn the nicks of your mates and enemies, b4 they make new. It so simple, I dont know why it wasnt implemented yet.

I agree that every single char should be able to talk to all vendors, get all profesions and carry as much as the char with highest cw. All of these tasks are otherwise given to one-purpose-only alts so there's no tradeoff involved.

600 hp is a bit too much, current max is okay but current minimum health is a bit too low. You can't do anything with 58 hp character in combat.

And the best thing of all is fact that typical heavy handed troll on lvl 18 will be able to kill these 99lvl ubermen.

Dont think so since you need only 125% unarmed skill to get in Your face perk which gives 50% chance to run out from troll

even in this situation there is 5% chance to mis the hit, so i dont think that "uber" build will have the problem to run out. On the other side there was some info about incoming hh nerf.

Idea is good, but i would rather go for leave HP as it is, then, after 24lvl, you get, for ex. ~2HP (or even 1HP) bonus per lvl. Small, but after some time useful bonus so people can participate in fights on 24lvl, but will have some advantage if they stick to their characters longer.

Personally, as it was proposed some time ago, i liked idea of making fight/craft perks, one after one, for ex. after each 2lvl (2nd lvl crafter perk, 4th lvl fight perk and so on), but its what i would rather do, not nessesary imho.

Stop saying about troll builds - its completely different case. Stick to the subject since its good idea to prevent alting, which is pain in ass for everybody and ruining the game climate since everyone is obligated to do it to prevail.

I personally believe that all features allowing troll builds will be eventually fixed, its a matter of time.

Also: to reach 24lvl you need 276k exp, to reach lvl higher, for ex. 99, you need 4851k exp - its really hard to achieve in the way it is now. Someone will have to calculate which lvl is most optimal (when you got all useful perks/all skills spent), its not said it must be 99, it can be 50, or just make it infinite (which is worse in my opinion)

Lets be honest - what the difference to have so many alts or to have it in one char? In battle, if you're BG, you need, lets say, BG, Doctor, First Aid which you can have it now as well. You cant be a sneaker in armor with BG and stay efficient. Sniper/BG? ok, thats weird, but there can be some limitations like weapons that needs two hands takes two slots. It takes time for switch which is (time) valuabe in fight.

Now, if you die, you just relog to BG/Crippler/sniper/medic/laser/AC/unarmed/melee alt. Of course there should be some balancing and adjustements.

Doable if skill points granted for it, i would start off with energy weapons and gatling gun witch is the fastest way how to level up, leveling itself with two extra windows finding encounters like with a 10 man group for my character to clear out, that's an old trick and there's nothing special about that. High FA would follow up, bots set to level up on mutants witch would be set to be injured periodically just to FA them automatically and that is nothing new either.

Yes, yes hardcore ape T-888 bla bla bla, but i would actually do that because it's already been done at some point in this game. I'm sure i wouldn't be the only one.

to reach 24lvl you need 276k exp

Can be done in 1 hour and 30 minutes, need approximately 4.5k( or was it 3.5k don't remember) MFC for gatling gun, longer if you don't get lucky with juicy encounters.

It was already suggested hundrets of times and will definitely never happen on 2238.

Will be implemented in other projects though.
